SEER Fish CUTLET

Homemade fish cutlets  make for a delicious, family-pleasing supper.

Serves: 5-6 cutlets

Ingredients:                       
  • Onion : 1 cup
  • Potatot: 1 cup
  • Seer fish ( any fish as you) : 2 slice
  • Bread crumb: 1 cup 
  • Green chili: 1pcs
  • Ginger garlic paste: 1tsp
  • Salt: as required
  • Pepper powder: 1 Tsp
  • Red chilli powdert: 1tsp
  • Cumin powder: 1tap
  • Coriander and curry leaves : few
  • Egg : 1 
How to make fish fingers


  1. first half boil the fish and keep.
  2. Now in a bowl add potato, onion, green chilli, ginger garlic paste, salt, pepper, red chili powder, cumin powder and coriander leaves and curry leaves and streamed or boiled fish.
  3. Now all the ingredients to be mixed together by sprinkling water over it (don't pour water), if possible avoid water and mix it with oil.
  4. Now that all and blended and mashed to together. Now make round round balls and keep.
  5. In a pan add oil and let it heat.
  6. Once oil gets heated add these crumbles by dipping in egg white and next in bread crumbles now drop one by one in oil . 
  7. Cook it untill crumbles gets cokked Welland fingers get crispy tender.
  8. That's all finger fro her Is ready.
  9. Mmmmmm delicious and healthy snacks are ready
